Smart dead purchase of a new vehicle from the dealership all I can say to you in a few words yes they do everything old school the communication the paperwork explanation pricing that make you feel like you really matter

My brakes were replaced. A caliber froze. Luckily I was in town doing errands and smelled the pads so returned to the dealership. Mistakes happen. It's what happens after the mistake that matters. I had to wait for an open bay. It was a big inconvenience to have to return and wait. I got simple apologies--no real acknowledgement of the mistake they made, the inconvenience, the wait time. All in all a disappointing experience. I had also asked for a thorough check on the car and I don't think that happened.

Everyone was pleasant! Especially the shuttle car driver, Joe! Who thanked me for my business... twice!! I feel the team truly cares about me and comfortable working with everyone! Thank you!!

I asked how much a new battery was and was ready to purchase but was told it would cost 30$, which I thought was too much and Id just do it myself. Asked if it could be checked , which I own a battery meter but wanted their opinion. After I had my oil changed and inspection and new wiper blades the bill did not add up. It was never explain to me I just payed. Went outside came back to ask and was charged 30$ to check battery. I should of just brought a new battery!Told person Id never come back. And I brought 2 trucks in 2020 and was going to shop for a new one but not there. I was told they were sorry I felt that way. Me too

The dealer did not acknowledge that I was not getting full range after replacement of one battery cell. Then all the cells failed. The car was on the lot for over 3 months before batteries apparently arrived. As a result I filed a lemon law claim and GM agreed to buy back the Bolt.

Went to pick up my Equinox from an oil change at 5:20pm on Friday 12/19 - and the service department was closed early with no note explaining why. No early closure was mentioned when the service tech called me to tell me my car was ready, so I was disappointed I had to go home, and then go back out Saturday morning and bother the salesmen.

Quick and easy drop off. Truck was ready inside of 2 hours which was awesome and the lady who cashed me out was very pleasant.

Great customer service

Best GM service department in the area, hands down. You ever bring your car in for service, pick it up later and it feels, and does the same s***? If you want to prevent this from happening bring your cars and trucks here. Thank you again for making my truck ready for road trips!

Other dealerships pressure you into making a decision right then and there, going back and forth with the "manager" to get you the "best deal". Dan Todd gave me the info and didn't push me make a decision. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress free.

The service team is always helpful and our vehicles get returned quickly.

Very accommodating and friendly staff.

We were scheduled for a √ehicle inspection but my wife got the day wrong and arrived a day early. They arranged for us to wait 10 or so minutes and still got it done for us.

I was happy that the blown fuse link module was covered under warranty… confused that the fuse link itself was not available as a part by itself. Also not satisfied that the service people could not explain what the relay in the module does…and why the alternator could not charge the single battery. I will have to look up the schematic and answers on the Internet, to see if there are any answers.

The people at Walier Chevrolet are great. The price for the service was unexpectedly large and the time waiting was a bit long.

I scheduled my car for an oil change/tire rotation/ gas smell when heat is turned on and breaks squeaking. I dropped my car off the day before and they brought it in ahead of schedule and called me to discuss everything. The biggest thing was the gas smell. Two of the spark plugs had backed out. The sparks plugs were due for replacement in 5,000 miles but they suggested replacing them while they were in there instead of charging me to tighten them and then charging me again in 5,000 miles. To me that is great customer service. Jenna has always been a delight to deal with. I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Thank you all at Walier.
