My brakes were replaced. A caliber froze. Luckily I was in town doing errands and smelled the pads so returned to the dealership. Mistakes happen. It's what happens after the mistake that matters. I had to wait for an open bay. It was a big inconvenience to have to return and wait. I got simple apologies--no real acknowledgement of the mistake they made, the inconvenience, the wait time. All in all a disappointing experience. I had also asked for a thorough check on the car and I don't think that happened.

I asked how much a new battery was and was ready to purchase but was told it would cost 30$, which I thought was too much and Id just do it myself. Asked if it could be checked , which I own a battery meter but wanted their opinion. After I had my oil changed and inspection and new wiper blades the bill did not add up. It was never explain to me I just payed. Went outside came back to ask and was charged 30$ to check battery. I should of just brought a new battery!Told person Id never come back. And I brought 2 trucks in 2020 and was going to shop for a new one but not there. I was told they were sorry I felt that way. Me too

Went to pick up my Equinox from an oil change at 5:20pm on Friday 12/19 - and the service department was closed early with no note explaining why. No early closure was mentioned when the service tech called me to tell me my car was ready, so I was disappointed I had to go home, and then go back out Saturday morning and bother the salesmen.

The dealer did not acknowledge that I was not getting full range after replacement of one battery cell. Then all the cells failed. The car was on the lot for over 3 months before batteries apparently arrived. As a result I filed a lemon law claim and GM agreed to buy back the Bolt.

I was happy that the blown fuse link module was covered under warranty… confused that the fuse link itself was not available as a part by itself. Also not satisfied that the service people could not explain what the relay in the module does…and why the alternator could not charge the single battery. I will have to look up the schematic and answers on the Internet, to see if there are any answers.
